I just wanted to say that i ordered this kit and am totally satisfied with it. Getting the shifter assembly off was an absolute nightmare. All i can say is to have all the necessary tools and life will be so much easier. If you can get one of those flat head screwdrivers that are like mini pry bars (flat head with a slight curve to the head) it will make pulling up the metal plate and plastic shifter ball easier.
Initially i had some fitment issues with my adapter and left a message friday (after work) with h-fit not only did i get a call that night; i was able to meet up the next day to get everything taken care of. The guy from hfit showed up with all parts and a rubber mallet. BOOM taken care of. Customer service is exemplary A+ and would recommend to anyone.

The shift is definitely shorter and tighter. Its now a short flick of the wrist to shift and everything clicks into gear. I don't feel like im rowing my car in traffic anymore..
