Groaning after alignment

I just got an alignment done, and I've noticed a groaning noise coming from the front end when I turn either direction. Could this be the suspension settling into the new alignment?

Pull the wheels off an take a look at the ties rods and such. Make sure the dust boots are not twisted.

Shouldn't make any noise after an alignment.

Noises are difficult to troubleshoot over the internet.

Are you noticing tire scrub that wasn't there before, when you turn? That could have been induced by the alignment...
