You mention that a 30A fuse looks "a little off". Which one is that?
I would start by checking fuse #28.
If that doesn't solve it then it's a one by one check of all fuses until you find it. Use a continuity tester if needed.
Recheck your LED bulb installation (possible short).
Hope that helps.

I had to take the wife's car to work today because of this, so I won't get to troubleshoot again until later tonight, but if I had to guess I would say that the 30A that looked different from all the rest was either the front wiper fuse (56) or ABS/VSA (58) because I remember the fan blower (57) kicking on during troubleshooting late last night. The fuse just....may always look different than the rest, I was getting desperate.
I'll check 28 tonight, I really hope that that's the right one, can anyone please confirm this? That would be great!!
If that's accurate, it would make things a lot easier if the manual included the fact that it's not just for "Headlight main" (as labeled), but also for "Tail light main"!! There are countless other fuse descriptions of which I'm assuming you must be a Honda certified technician to understand: ACG, LAF, IGP, STS.....with no mention anywhere in the owner's manual what any of it stands for......stupid!!
Thanks for the help thus far..
Edit: Wipers still work, so I'm not sure what's up with that fuse.....I'll do some more troubleshooting tonight to be sure that fuse is supposed to look the way it does.....I'll also swing by and pick up a couple 20A fuses (crossing fingers anticipating that #28 will be the culprit!).
