How about this idea instead: Since the Fit and the Insight share the same platform, how about an Insight front end on a Fit? Everything should bolt right on and from a functional perspective, you gain the addition of projector headlamps. The stock Insight front end isn't exactly impressive but the Mugen accessorized one is probably more along the lines of what you are looking for -

The fenders wouldn't exactly bolt in but I still believe it to be possible. It would just have to be done like the other front end conversions between different Civic generations. Both a Fit fender and an Insight fender would be needed. Half of the Insight fender and half of the Fit fender would be cut and then welded back together to create a fender that can accommodate the headlamps of the Insight and the A pillar area of the Fit.

im sorry but the yaris front end looks horrible... dunno why someone would spend money on converting a fit when they can just buy a yaris 5 door...
