Door Visor Installation For Dummies
Has anybody had experience installing these visors?

HONDA FIT DOOR VISORS 2009:eBay Motors (item 120426562378 end time Sep-24-09 06:42:45 PDT)

I don't want the glue on type. If these are too difficult to install, I'll just do without them.

The description states they are held on by the "hidden bracket system".

it uses both, the clips are installed in the rubber liners that keep out water when the windows are up. it isnt that hard to install.

I looked at the parts and the instructions that came with them, and asked my dealer to install.

I've noticed these on many cars, especially outside the USA. What functional purpose do they serve?

You can leave the windows cracked while driving or parked, especially in the rain, to allow some airflow in.

Do they increase or decrease (or no difference) wind noise at highway speeds?

Didnt see a difference in wind noise at highway speeds.

Also they are held on by tape. The "brackets" are just there to hold it in place while you apply the double sided tape. The brackets dont hold the visors up at all.
