Best way to insulate sound?

I've noticed that when you listen to music in the Fit, it is pretty audible outside, even when the volume is around 5ish. What's the best way to keep the the sound insulated or prevent it from going outside?

Dynamat comes to mind considering i've seen these on show cars. I've never use their products yet though coz its a bit pricey in my end of town

Use PealNSeal. I bought a few rolls from Loews and it is DIRT cheap compared to dynamat. Just make sure you apply it firmly and with high heat and it will function quite well.
