I can live with the noise. The Fit is quieter on hwy than my 04 Dodge Caravan. I have had the Fit undercoated which helps and I also sprayed the metal in bottom of the trunk with an black rubberized undercoat.

Alternative is to just turn the radio up.

I use Dynamat, mainly because I get it cheap through work and it's all we carry. There's others out there like Edead. I'm not sure how they compare to Dynamat since it's the only one I've ever used, but Dynamat gives me nothing to complain about and it does the job. Like others, I'll also be putting some pillow stuffing material in the large cavities, mainly in the back.

There's also a few spray on liners that people use, and some types of neoprene foam that helps. The spray on stuff is too messy for me, and the foam I can never find thin enough, so I'm sticking with Dynamat!
