Low mpg, o2 and evap error codes. odbii torque, Help :(
Well I got this Honda certified pre-owned 2012 honda fit sport with 39k miles on it less than two weeks ago, from a honda dealership(Champan Honda of Tuscon). I have driven it less than 800miles since the purchase. I noticed from the long drive home that the gas mileage seemed off. Well i ran the Torque ODBII app on it this morning to find no fault codes but instead many sensor issues in from the sensor scan. The problem is that i have no idea what to do here. Shouldn't all of this stuff be fixed in a certified pre owned vehicle from an actual honda dealership? How hard would it be to fix these things? are these problems common? Please help me
The odometer was reset when i topped off the tank last. I drive very conservatively(i'm a bit of a tight wad with gas money). My mileage seems to be far off the normal consumption levels.
On the Torque odbII app you can check for fault codes and a sensor check through the ecu. The Car shows no fault codes but the senor check comes up with all of these problems. You can see multiple O2 and evap canister issues as well as some issues i cannot decypher
Did i buy a lemon? i'm so frustrated right now. any help would be very appreciated

There is an obvious problem yet the dealer i took it to said everything was OK but they told me they only checked the fault codes and didn't bother looking into the sensor readout that i was talking about. I am going to be taking it to another dealer soon.
