I used packing peanuts. Its not super accurate but it gives a nice ball park figure. Mine came out to be ~.67

hmm, I might have to sell my w12PRS... even though I LOVE that thing I don't think there's going to be enough room in the Fit for a 12", 1.0 cf custom enclosure without sacrificing too much space

I am planning to make the similar enclosure, but painted VBP. And planning to put the amp on top of the sub (covering the little window). what do you think?

Whoa, the PRS is an awesome SQ sub. I wish they made a 10" version. I think you still can go with a 12", you'll have to place the sub in the rear corner though. I was flirting with the idea before building mine

Are these going into your spare wheel well?

Is that a new cargo floor you've built?

While I was at it, I upgraded one of the ground wires.

Do you upgrade the wire to the alt too?

Sorry about the dirty car.

I ended up using the 2 factory holes to bolt the rack in.

Note that I still have to build the fuse/dblock/relay panels on either sides of the rack.

I have 2 new amps to replace these ADS amps. I hope they fit the rack w/o any modifications

Keep up the amazing work, my friend.
Im going to eventually do something like that...I think. I was originally going to go with gas shocks (hood shocks) or cabinet rails, but it was a bit much for something that I may or may not even access over the lifetime of the car <knock on wood>.

I thought you were looking at putting mids there too. Take a tape measure and measure from the speaker location on both sides to your nose. I don't have my Fit at the moment. Let me know what it is.

Enclosure looks awesome. That ID sub is sexy.
