It's definitely more than 11. Theres two connections for each spark plug, and two for each injector, so thats 16, plus 2 for the MAP, then one for power, 2 grounds, an RPM and TPS, so 23 total.
Update: I tried calling Ben twice already with no answer. I really hope I'll hear from him this afternoon.
