Update:
Today I checked the same area where I found the water dampness last time (It basically rained all night) and water still there. I took it in to the dealer for the 2nd time and as last time they kept saying there's nothing we can find... however, they will replace weather stripping on the left read side door on Wednesday just to make sure and then I guess I'll take it from there.
I know I'm not crazy, hehe, water's got to be coming in from somewhere... the odd thing is that the left rear floor is the only section that is being affected but no water trails can be found...
