Was told I'd get a Costco discount plus cash for clunkers. Drove an hour to get it. Arrive, salesperson I spoke with is suddenly not available to speak with and they say they can't give Costco discount and cash for clunkers. Argued with the manager, but no deal.

Total bait and switch, IMHO.

The worst service I've received in many a year.
