i drilled holes, but when i got to the point of mounting the spoiler, i was unable to get to the holes to screw the bolts in. so its on by double sided tape

Score04w How did you do that to your tow hook? Is that the stock one with some mods done to that bumper piece?

take that little cap in the bumper off, paint stock tow hook red, drill hole in the little round cap, put back in bumper, screw tow hook back on. i screwed another bolt in from the backside so the tow hook would stick out more, but be secure. i also put in a rubber piece in the hole so you couldnt see the drill hole. ill post pics later

Thanks. I actually just finished painting the tow hook orange. And today i was going to drill out the hole! Will see how this goes. What kind of bolt did you use to extend it out?

just a reg bolt the same size as the tow hook, had the hardware store that i bought it cut it down so it fit snug on the back side and only go in halfway

I like your car... I have a Sport model but think that it looks clunky with all of the excess plastic crap... Your car looks so much cleaner without all of the cheesy gimmick styling nonsense... Very purposeful subdued understated elegance that isn't seen often over here.

my sweet new silver surfer greppy fit!

greppy as in grep. it was quite a trek to find and replace my sweet ol' clunker!

love all the mods on this forum. gonna save up to add the racks so I can carry my outrigger canoe. then we'll see about all the addons i'm drooling about.
