2010 teaser

 

Got my 2010 SSM Sport MT on NYE. Add me to the list. Only mod is a front grille made of gutter-guard mesh from Lowe's ($4).

My other car is a 92" turbo Miata but the Fit is quickly pulling into the desire for more mods....

 

remove the gutter guard. other than that welcome to FF

i kno its pretty sick shot i just noticed that

 

actually is not quite a "V" formation. There is one missing....I believe is called the missing duck formation, respect the fallen.

Aww... the gutter guard stays. Why no love for the cheap fix? And it looks way better than I expected. Also we continue to have crappy weather with ice chunks flying off cars on the highway. It's better than nothing!

Anyhoo--the Fit prolly won't see too many mods for now. My Miata has been neglected for the past 3 years while I was doing grad school, FT job, and had a kid. Now that my OTM (Other Than Miata) is under warranty, I can start taking care of my other mods rather than fixing my DD (daily driver)!

Also I think (with spacers) the wheels may be interchangeable between fit and Miata? But I haven't researched it yet. If so, I would have a great (extra) set of wheels and tires to swap between the two.
