That looks really nice. I love the small size canister as oppose to some other brands.

It happens...they just have to be willing to risk possible legal issues that ay arise. ..like some ford dealer ships selling pre-jacked up trucks same kinda deal...scions with eibach and aem intakes.

My job at Norm Reeves Honda Superstore in Cerritos, CA is soley to consult/sell/install aftermarket parts. It could be anything, somethings do void the warranty though, but that's why I have a check off sheet that I had written by our corporate lawyers. It's an awesome program, and it only makes sense, considering people usually go through great lengths just to locate a part.

What I can"t believe is that they aren't jacking up the price for mthe exhaust , just for the helluvit I'll ask him how much for install. My Honda dealer ( Community Honda) wanted $65 to install a steering wheel cover. My dealers service mgr.will not even talk to me regarding mods. What response do you get from your dealers out there?

kyeguy, you being from the land of import tuners, do you know if tein plans on releasing coilovers for the FIT, and have you installed any tanabe axlebacks if so do I have to worry about melting my bumper?

As far as the suspension goes, Tanabe "might" actually be working on a coilover kit for the Fit. Don't take my word on it, but I keep buggin Reggie to produce one. Tein is always retro-fitting and prototyping so I wouldn't be surprised to see a coilover kit from them in R&D stages. I'll ask around, maybe there is one in production. As far as the exhaust goes, I installed one on a customer's car. The exhaust sounds and "fit's" perfectly. Though its hard to tell if the bumpers will be altered/melted from the exhaust I would have no way in proving so. The only thing that I can assure you of is that Tanabe has been around for ages, their products are top notch as seen by the "fit" of all their products on whatever car they may be installed on. I have their exhaust on my g35 coupe, and have no issues with it. BTW, I have exactly one of each exhaust left over from my initial purchase. Be one of the firsts to get hold of one!

Talking Tanabe exhaust has arrived (almost)

I get my hands on my conceptG exhaust friday . I can't wait. Honda wants $55 to install, import custom shop wants $150, ( thats crazy, its an axle back for gods sake ) do you think a Honda dealership would do a good job?any feedback would be appreciated

of course they would! honda technicians work on honda's all day. if you think about it in this way, the fit has only been around since april of this year, the likelyhood of a tuner shop working on a fit is almost slim to none, considering parts just became available for it. on the other hand, honda dealership tech's have been working on them since they were released. just my $0.02, plus i work for a dealership and am slightly biased. =). oh yeah, and its cheaper! since when are dealerships cheaper than shops??!?!!

Any drone with this exhaust? So the exhaust note is not overbearing?
