I took my aiur bag out (  ) and confirmed that there are 4 available pins in the cable reel. I've ordered the radion controls and steering sub harness from the JDM Fit from AJ Racing and I already have the extra wires to slip into the radio harnes.
As soon as I get the parts I'll be installing them and creating a how to.
