Shift points for those with Short RAM Intake?

Hi guys I'm just wondering what is the best shift points for the GD3 with a short ram to get good mpg? I notice that the power is different with the upgraded intake installed. It seems that the power starts at 2500rpms while before I installed the intake, I just notice sudden pull when I reach the VTEC range but now it seems earlier although I still notice a different pull when I reach 3400rpms. Thanks.

Odd, I have felt vtec kick in around 5000-5500rpms with my short ram when I get on it. However, I usually shift from 2000-2500rpms, get into 5th quicker too.

Yep sudden burst of power when I reach 2500rpms( I don't think that is VTEC) and at 3400rpms where VTEC normally kicks before I installed my intake I still feel there's a little surge of power but almost not noticeable if you don't pay attention to it.

Shift rpm doesn't change with short ram intake. Its a camshaft / ignition / valve size thing.
