Huge dent and scratch on fender.

Hi I was just in an accident, my fault. I would like to know how much you guys think it would cost to repair this. I do not want to report a claim to insurance, I would like to pay out of pocket.
Its a new 2009 Honda Fit
heres a pic: ImageShack® - Gallery

just a rough estimate would be nice because I cannot take the car out as of now due to the tire also being flat. also would it be best to replace the whole part or repair it.

Thank you.

imslow is on a distinguished road
if the cost to repair is more than deductible. then claim it..

if you have collision/comprehensive. might as well use it. you're paying for it.
