Replacing Mirror/Removing Door Panel?

So I've removed the screw behind the handle, what next? I've been pulling on the pocket at the bottom trying to get it to pop loose (as recommended in another thread) but it feels like it is closer to breaking than coming loose. Am I missing something or do I just need to keep forcing it? Is there a better way to do it like prying it off or something?

Thanks!
Dan
