Please help!!
hello,
this is gino from the philippines. i am a hardcore audio fan and i recently upgraded my stock alternator of my 2007 honda fit. the wiring of the socket is to the stock's specifications. the indicator lamp, ignition and alternator fr are ok. i even swapped the new alternator with my stock alternator's voltage regulator. my stock alt rating is 75A. i upgraded to 125A. the problem is when at idle, full load (aircon, headlights, and fog foglights, heater) and the automatic transmission is in the D gear, my idle drops too low. super low. is there any way i can cure this? is there any way we can fool the ecu? i am an avid fan of your site, I've been reading up on the alt fr, iac, eld, and cannot find a possible cure. please tell me if i am outright stupid and crazy with what im doing and it is truly impossible to do. i am badly in need of your help. sorry if i sound desperate, because i really am. but if there is anything you can do to help. thanks and more power
best regards,
gino
