best exhaust setup?

i plan on getting a full exhaust soon and i need to know whats going to put out the most power but its gotta be street legal!

this is waht im looking to buy:
headers
b-pipe
axle back

i dont wanna run a cat delete because its a bitch when it comes to emissions so i was thinking a high flow cat.

any suggestions?

it all depends on how much you want to spend and what type of sound you want. go full megan exhaust for a quieter and rather inexpensive exhaust or go full spoon or j's racing for loud and fun. i am running the spoon setup and love every moment of it.

then go for the megan or full t1r with the t1r 50 ver.2 sports muffler. both add power and some aggressive sound but are quiet.
