PRM's intake dyno figures

dyno results are in
O.K we dyno'd Kifu's car tonight, you can consider this an independent test because i was not there.

i only have the figures for you, should have the graph soon, kifu has a print out, so you may see it tomorrow.

base line whp = 94.1
base line torque= 91.

PRM intake whp = 99.4
PRM intake torque = 95.9

a solid 5 hp & 5 ftlbs of torque to the wheels.
should make even more power with the exhaust- stay tuned !!!

Gerry

Looks like a solid 5ft-lbs and 5whp throughout the entire powerband. That's a-nice! =]

It's nice to see some results but I wish both plots were over the full RPM range. I'm always a little suspicious when dyno testing shows constant improvement over the whole range since that often indicates a change (correction factor) that is giving a false result. For any significant change you can make to intake or exhaust, a test over the full range will always show some clear variation in improvement with RPM. I would hope to see that if both tests were run from 2K to redline.

I'd like to know if there is a difference in fuel economy.

That would depend on the mods and the driver.
