I would probably be more inclined to purchase the one from Wings West as from what I have seen with their products, they're usually pretty spot on for quality.
"What we used... Custom Front Air Dam
Custom Side Skirts
Custom Rear Lower Skirt"
yup exactly! I peeled off my 3M on the foggies before painting them, and they are super super tacky and it took quite a bit of force to actually pull them off. I would assume that this would provide a good barrier between the adhesive and the paint that will still hold despite the added weight...
Justin,
Did you end up just using 3M on the garnish? I'm gonna do mine soon and wanted to know what were the lessons learned. The pics from the other thread are awesome.
That is exactly what I'm looking for.....Where exactly did you get it? Wings West doesn't even list any parts for Fits.....was it painted already, is it just taped on and finally how much?
Thanks for the Pix!

good thing I check these threads haha...no problems with the tailgate garnish, holding on like a champ! I used the double sided tape AND silicone to bond it to the rear hatch. Hatch doesn't sag either, opens fully even on the coldest days here in Calgary.
If you want one of these, your options are limited, as far as I know you can only get one from HondaFitTuner.com

same with mine. no problems at all. i secured it with 3M double sided tape. it doesn't fit flush all around it, but meh.
So heres a question on the Seibon rear garnish. Is the rear garnish the piece that the honda emblem sits on? If so what happens to the honda emblem. Can you still put it on. I see no groove in the picture. I'm really curious, if it fits nicely and I can still have an emblem then I'm ordering it tom.
I was wondering to see if anyone else beside me was the only one who own the Carbon Fiber Garnish..I have Seibon but it didnt fit right on i have to mod it to fit but it look bad asss...want some pic email me later...tommiesouvang@hotmail.com peace..
Here is the painted garnish mounted on the tailgate. On this images the new tail lights in Altezza Euro style is also mounted.

I really like the look of the tailgate garnish, it completes the lines on the rear end of the car. It looks like it should have been there from the factory. And I also hope it will be nice in the winter and keep the ice and snow off that edge below the tail gate door.
