I've seen various threads where people have posted pics of their headunit setups, as well as comparisons of the different dash kits. I thought it might be useful to have a comprehensive thread where everyone posted a shot of their headunit & dash setups in one place. So, please post a pic, along with the following info:
- Headunit model
- Dash kit (Metra, Scoshe etc...)
- Any reviews or comments
Hopefully this isn't a repost, if so let me know!
Cheers!

Headunit:
Pioneer DEH-P7950UB
This is also called the DEH-P6900UB or the Premier DEH-P690UB in the US.
Dash kit:
None. This is still the stock dashboard on my GD1 Jazz. I never had the integrated HU.
Comments:
Two years from its introduction, it's still a really nice 1-DIN HU. This was Pioneer's first USB-capable 1-DIN box and it also offers iPod direct control. Not as adjustable as the more expensive Alpine CDA-9887 but much better than most Sony equivalents.
Random play/shuffle could've been given a dedicated button on the faceplate instead of being buried in the menu, though, and random play/shuffle could've been set to work with playlists. Can't complain though as this is the last Pioneer HU that works with *.M3U playlists - Winamp users know all about this.
Only picture I have
Pioneer AVH-p6800
Love this headunit. 6 disc DVD player so I can play movies. has the ability to have nav, bluetooth, and ipod connection but you have to buy the accessories to plug into the headunit. Have had this for almost three years now.
Scoshe kit- color matches dash really well, but doesn't fit in the top right corner all too well. Nothing a little shaving probably couldn't fix.
The Pio has a front aux jack and free rear cam, but the Eclipse has better audio processing and a bigger screen...both are $1300. +$50 for the dash kit

Dash kit:
Scosche kit. Fits perfect other than the top right corner.
Comments:
Love the headunit. I have a few hacks on it. Ipod integration works great! DVD and Nav are also awesome. And im staying legal with the bluetooth.
Pioneer X910BT (is it better than the F90BT because I haven't heard of this unit)
The X910 BT is the new US replacement for the F90/F900. From most accounts, it's pretty similar to the F series, with new software. The same software will be available as an update for the F series around August. See the AVIC411 forum for a detailed comparison:
The F90BT was available for quite awhile at a street price of around $500-600, pending the release of the new units. It's MSRP was originally around $1200.
great info on that forum! I think I'll wait til the end of summer to make a decision. I just know when I choose one, a better one will pop up a month later ;/

If that's your Fit (image with your signature), then screw the head unit ... that's one nice-lookin' ride, my friend. What kind of wheels/tires? They enhance your Fit's black color rather nicely. The entire package makes me want to do absolutely nothing but !!!!! DRIVE !!!!!

Thanks, I'm very happy with the pioneer 4100DVD. I already had the garmin so I didn't need the built in NAV. If anyone else is in my boat I would highly recommend this thing. I got it from buy.com for $400. Worth EVERY penny.

Same here, I still use the stock speakers on mine. The HU swap does wonders for their sound quality. Still not great sounding, but much better than before.
OT: Nice wheel too. Is that a Momo Race? I got a Momo Fighter myself.
Kenwood Excelon DNX9140. Scosche Kit. Other than a tragic boot time and slow iPhone/iPod operation, I love this deck. The kit on the other hand is a worthless pile. I highly recommend anything but the scosche kit for this car.
