Whish fuse to tap?

I added a 12v adapter so I can power my sirius radio, but it stays on when my car is off. I tried a few different fuses and all the same. Can anyone point me to a fuse that will only power it when my car is on....

go right off the ignition... thats were i tapped for my amp and subs so they run when the key is in the on position and when the car is running..
