Laser Jammer anyone?

I'm thinking of a LiDatek LE-30

Anyone use one or have any experience?

A review:
http://www.radarbusters.com/support/...ming-tests.asp

Once it goes off a LED light turns red then it blinds the laser gun.
In 5 seconds the unit turns itself off so you can adjust your speed quickly.
Now the laser can pick up your speed.
In 30 seconds the LE-30 turns back on and the LED turns to green.

jits14 has a spectacular aura aboutjits14 has a spectacular aura about
I heard if you wire one of those motion sensor devices you see in front of those automatic doors at grocery stores to your car and put it in the front bumper it constantly scrambles any laser reading.

These laser jammers do more than just jam.

They detect and jam.
They turn off or can be turned off 5 seconds after they detect.
Then you adjust your speed.
Then you can be clocked at your adjusted speed.
Then the jammer turns itself on or you can turn it on.

If the jammer worked all the time you could never be clocked and that might raise some suspicion.

Also jammers can be small and don't make you look different.

It's true some states are not so friendly about jammers- check your state laws

Do they use laser in Hawaii?
Laser radar is very expensive, many police departments don't use it.

Where I live, its all Ka band, I have the escort 8500 x50, and it works
great.

From-
http://www.policeandsecuritynews.com...tionalTgtg.htm
"More metropolitan departments are using laser. Honolulu does not own a radar gun, only LTI laser guns. In the dense traffic of a four lane urban interstate, radar is of little use. It can’t single out an individual target. Laser can! Older laser guns had to be operated outside the police unit or with the driver’s window down."

I work with an installer and he says the LiDatek LE-30 and Blinder work really well in Hawaii. Very stealthy looking as well.

I have to balance the cost of the jammer installed vs the trouble of slowing down to be careful.

Maybe I can install one in my wife's Civic. Ha ha, she'll say what's that red light or green light? I can say oh that tells you when to shift gears.
Wait she has an automatic transmission.
