simple answer: no.

Complicated answer: A manual transmission shifter will slide onto the AT shift rod but it has no way to tighten because MT shifters have a thread on the top of the shifter, the AT is held on by 2 screws. Also, to engage the AT tranny you have to push the button in and shift it into ur desired position. U could just put a MT shift knob over the rod w/o tightening it but it'll just sit there n look totally ghey. If u want to change out the AT shifter i HIGHLY recommend getting the optional Honda AT shifter for the fit. It's a leather and blue (or red) stitched shift knob.

i got a ricer one for my sister's accord a long time ago which "looked" like a manual shifter, kinda like a bullet, similar to the SPOON one but it didn't curve in at the bottom, it was screwed on also BUT it was spring loaded so that when it was time to shift, you simply press down on the shifter itself and it would engage the tranny, you know like a normal button action.. it was pretty cool!

oh wait im sorry it didn't screw on, there were screws on the sides of the shifter that you would tighten and it clamped onto the a/t shift lever
