wheel stud problem

i put wheel spacer on my new wheels(rota jspl 15 x 6.5 )+38 offset,it clear the caliper but its very very close,so i decide to put wheel spacer,its a 5 mm spacer,when im about to tighten it one of the lugnuts wont fit in,and when check it the thread on that stud was messed up,can you guys please help me on fixing this problem.im planning to take out the wheel spacer if i have no choice or put in longer stud if i have to,the question is how am i gonna take out the stud/studs if i decided to put a new one.

i think you can try a wheel shop or a mechanic. you can roll on 3 lugs if you have to just don't be driving hard or fast on the freeways to get there.

Sounds like you have cross-threaded the stud. not a huge deal but you will need it replaced. You can run on 3 of the 4 studs no problem, just don't bag the car. the wheels will probably be really close to the caliper but it will never hit so the spacer is not needed.

Yeah you will need to pop out the stud and get a new one put in. If you get it done at the honda dealer they will charge you about $100-150 so best to look elsewhere.
