TPMS Sucks!

So on my way to picking up my wife yesterday I heard a crunch pop like sound and then as I'm rolling I hear click click click. I knew I had something jammed in my tire although I was hoping it was something sticky. The tire was holding air and I didn't want to be stuck at her bank so I got home quick. In the driveway I get out and look and sure enough, there is an x-acto blade sticking out of the tread! It looked jammed in there really good. I decided the best course of action would be to take it to the shop to see what they could do because I sure as hell wasnt pulling it out without letting the pressure out and I dont have a compressor. LUCKILY they pulled the wheel off let the pressure out, pulled out the blade, refilled it, sprayed water on it and no leaks! I have a brand new 09 and I just recently lost my job so I can't afford to replace the tires on my car that doesnt even have 5k on it. So the guy put the wheel back on handed me my keys and told me no charge!

Well sure enough I get home and notice the TPMS light is on! Boo TPMS! They didn't even take the tire apart!
