Honda fit 1.5 vtec low rpm and hesitation

My honda fit 1.5 sport 2007 just started vibrating and shaking when releasing brake pedal it need 2 sec to start moving and rpm drops nearly at 0 and tachometer needle always moves up and down . Acceleration is realy slow . Yestarday i changed all 4 coils , they were burned from electricity. Bought new ones but problem got worse . Spark plugs are new and has no problem. Need help. OBD did not find any faulty codes

I had the a similar issue, but with an 08 Fit. A valve adjustment did the trick, though I also replaced the spark plugs since I had to remove them anyways. I don't know where on the site it is anymore but there is a good tutorial to follow if you don't mind opening your engine head.
