Camshaft position sensor

Hey guys I need to replace my camshaft sensor. Has anyone done this and if so any tips or tricks as well would be appreciated. I'm having a heck of a time finding it. When I look at the diagram it appears as though it's at the back of the cylinder head on the driver's side . Is this correct? Any help would be greatly appreciated
