P0700 & P1705 after instrument cluster change

I had to replace my old instrument cluster because I shorted some pins of the brightness adjuster and the speedo, mileage recorder and the small display for the 7 speed mode were not working anymore.
The problem is that when I connect the new cluster there 2 codes showing: P0700 & P1705 and S light is on with D flashing.

Is this just a matter of recoding the new cluster? When I put the old one all this codes go away
