I put Phillips Luxeon "Lumileds" bulbs in my Fit, got them on sale from ijdmToy. I had to wire in Phillips resistors to resolve the canbus error. I have the same brand of bulb for fog lights. I previously had HID driving lights on a front light bar and found that the LED's were so bright on the high beam position I didn't need the extra lights anymore. The lumens and color temp make the car noticeable, which is nice for a storm silver car on gray tarmac in bright sun. And I can see moose at night, which is also nice. I've had the headlights installed for 4-5 years now with no issues. I really like Phillips.

For the uninitiated, could you explain what the CAN bus error is and why you need a resistor?

Interesting, I thought canbus was only for digital signals. Apparently I was wrong.
