Questions about transmission filter replacement?

I am new to the fit world, although I bought mine used. I absolutely love this car. I want to keep it running for many years to come. I recently encountered a wierd kind of bump when idling. Does anyone know if this could be caused by needing a new transmission filter
or drain and fill. It was a little low so I stopped it off. My car just 10000 miles runs great other wise. Please any suggestions?
thank you in advance.

A "bump" or a jerk when holding car stationary with the brake in D gear (on the red light) is a sign of failing ignition coil, not transmission issue.
Check the age of ignition coils first!

Thank you you were correct. I had the spark plugs replaced and then it was the ignition coil that had a misfire. All fixed yay. Thank you again.

For best result replace all coils at once. On my car they failed within weeks from each other
best brands are Denso or Hitachi
BTW, I've changed my aft at 60 and at 90 K per maintenance minder.

Yeah I realized I probably got ripped off after he only replaced one of them. He did only charge me for the part essentialy. So I guess I got a good deal. Is this something that I can do myself? I am going to buy them online. I really want to do as much as possible by myself. Thank you for all your help. I really love my car. It's funny because I haven't really ever loved to drive a car so much.

The coils are very easy to change if someone had already removed them for spark plug change
Rock auto is a good source of parts (if you know the brand and fit) the price is about 60% off the chain store retail price.
10 mm 6-point socket with ratchet and 3 inch extension are needed
Also there is a clip on connector on the coil which is easier to take during warm weather (plastic is getting hard and brittle in winter, even during California winter!)
