Honda Fit misfires but coils / sparks ok?

Hi everyone! How are you?

I've some "hiccups" / misfires in my 2005 Honda Fit L13A i-dsi 147.000km (CVT transmission) Never in idle, the car do the misfires specially when you accelerate hard, you are in a uphill or doing a turn (If the three conditions are present worst is the scenario)

Idle: In idle the engine just sounds very smooth, and the exhaust sounds perfect.
Start: The car starts just perfect, 100% of the time
Fuel efficiency:
15km/l (City)
19km/l (country road - Max 100 km/h)
21km/l (country road - Max 80 km/h)

So far:
I've sent the car to a trusted mechanic for a professional scan, There's no error codes (no check engine light). They have checked the car, the sparks and the coils. They've said that both are OK, they've disconected the EGR valve and said that i've to test the car without the EGR. Without that valve the car keeps with misfires, so i've cleaned with a carb cleaner valve and intake (both two times) but problem persists with or without the valve connected.

Any ideas? I've no idea how many kilometers the sparks or coils has. But the mechanic told me that both are ok and the sympthons are not of bad coils / sparks

A bad coil won't necessarily throw a code (it didn't for me), and my symptoms were identical to yours. I replaced the coils and that solved the issue.
