Both bolts holding it to the body need to come out without breaking off the captive nut inside. Which... was an issue for me.
Since I was dropping the tranny anyway, I'm not sure if can get to it 100% from below. Probably, if you have the right wrenches to get to the fasteners, it can be done without removing anything else. If you'll need access from the top, the air box would have to come off at the least, maybe the battery tray too.
