Fog Lights GD3

Is there a way to have the fog lights turn on with the parking lights? I want them on without headlights being on. Hopefully there is a solution.

I'm pretty sure my GD3 (vtis) has a seperate knob for the foglights. I can turn them on while on park lights without having the HL on.
