Removing front fender

Hello. I have a tiny rust spot I want to fix on my front fender. Can someone tell me how to remove a front fender? I noticed that there is one click in the fender liner that seems impossible to remove. Does it have to be cut or is there a special technique for removing this pesky fender clip that is located at about 11-12 o’clock above the front wheel?

thanks in advance!

Because it's not a classics 1975 Chrysler Cordoba but a modern tin can unibody car.
The owner is very lucky because stronger impact will move motor noun and break the timing chain cover
