Excessive crankcase pressure 2007 fit 1.5l

I am trying to help out a friend with a 07 fit 1.5l with excessive crankcase pressure. We found this problem when changing the oil and now I am trying to make sense of it. I done the usual things that one would do thinking it could be the pcv system or head gasket. Pcv system seemed to check out, I check out the egr valve and cleaned it up. I blow air thru the engine and the pcv valve seems to work. I cleaned the intake pcv ports (no clogging there). The compression tested 225 psi across all cylinders with no apparent leaking down (valves seems like there sealing properly). There was not high pressure in the coolant system or air bubbles. What do I do next? Someone must of delt with this problem and know what is happening. Can anyone help that has fixed this problem before are there any honda mechanics out the willing to help a brother out.
