PCV Valve Replacement

In my 08' Fit, I have oil on my oil cap from air blowing up to the cap. My friend was saying he thinks the PCV valve has gone bad and it needs to be replaced. Do you guys think this is the case or is it possible there is another problem?

Thanks!

Your friend might be right. But it could also be something else.
If you haven't replaced the PCV valve, you should.

Will do, I just tested the valve after clearing out the intake with Sea Foam and it isn't working, so I get a new one on Wednesday and will try to do the job then!

I appreciate the help!
