Blinking D

Hello everyone,

Got an issue with my Honda fit GD1... Not blinking D for starting, no engine light either... But for a while driving about 100meters it appears a D blinking... Please help... I turned it off the engine and turn it on... No blinking D... Thank you

I have limited experience with this, but the D light will flash to indicate a transmission (CVT) issue. You might be able to pull diagnostic codes with an OBD reader. Is your battery healthy and well charged? How's the level and condition of the CVT fluid, and are you using Honda CVTF? Could you try a CVT stall test or a start clutch calibration?

See the following for CVT troubleshooting information, depending on your engine type:
L12A/L13A engine
L15A engine
