I have a GD3 USDM that I’m doing a head gasket on and I can’t identify one of the gaskets in the kit I bought

Any help would be appreciated as I don’t want to leave out a crucial gasket. I have poked around the engine bay a lot and just can seem to find it.
This is from a Fel Pro head gasket kit.

 

That's for the EGR manifold located on the front of the intake manifold. Right behind the radiator.

Here's a video that shows cleaning that manifold and ports. Terrible quality, but it will show you where it goes.
If you are going to replace it, it would be a good idea to clean it all up. Wouldn't hurt to clean the EGR valve and the block that the EGR valve mounts to.
Remove the block to clean it. Don't try cleaning it in place. I tried that and it doesn't work.
