Glad you found the forum... Please feel free to dabble through and check out the abundance of information here. Do be mindful that some threads are old so images and/or links may not work anymore as well as try not to bump up old threads.
There are still some old school Fit Freak members around like myself to chime in on occasion or at least point you in the right direction too!
Also... I'd still recommend other tires than the Neogens for the same reasons I mentioned on FB (compound age unless you need an all season for that specific size). As always and respectfully speaking though... Your car, your choice.
If you were to step up to a 16x6.5 or 16x7 with about +42mm offset (+45mm if lowered... Can safely run lower offset with camber bolts & shims), you could get the Continental Extreme Contact DWS 06 Plus (yes a mouthful to say) in 205/45R16. It is legitimately the best bang for buck all season that I've experienced along with friends and clients from work. Or... An alternative all season that is better than the Neogen.
Following that... I don't recall there being a Cusco rear bar for the US spec GD3. Most of us folk favor the 22mm Progress rear bar and it is one of the benchmark modifications I always recommend to folk.
