Alignment advice

I know that in the Miata community (my other car), there are lots of suggestions for custom alignments, depending on what you are using the car for. Does anyone know if the Fit alignment is fully adjustable and what the recommended figures are? Do folks typically just align to specs or do you prefer to add a little negative camber?

Thanks!

no alignment in rear, although you can use shims.

front i use full negative camber around 1 degree and 0 toe. i might change to 1/16" toe out for better turn-in in autocross

these settings should not affect tire wear at all.
