Hi Everyone

(I am new here. I have searched all forums.)

I just bought a 2002 Honda Fit.
The car was imported from Japan and therefore came with a Japanese Owners Manual.

I understand that there will probably be some differences between my car and the American spec, but something is better than nothing.

So, basically I am looking for a 2002 Honda Fit Owners Manual (in English).

The dealer in my country does not want to help me, as this model is not sold here from a Honda dealer... go figure

I have looked on Helminc.com but they only have a manual for the 2007 model. Im not sure how much different that will be from my model...

Any help on where to look will be appreciated.

P.S. - I am willing to pay for this, especially if the manual is for the 2002 model.

Honda didn't start selling Fits for the North American market until 2007. That's probably why you can only find a 2007 manual.

Honda did sell Fit/Jazz vehicles in Europe/Australia in 2002. They were called the "Jazz".

I already managed to find a complete service manual for this car.

Just still looking for the Owners Manual.

(I actually located a US 2007 model Owners Manual yesterday
It is considerably different from my model though - especially the gearbox and instrumentation...)

I will try and find a 2002 Jazz Manual - unless anyone here knows where to find one.

You may wish to note what size engine your car has, as it seems Honda has sold a lot of different Fit/Jazz models with different parts under the hood. Not sure how much difference it makes, but if you do oil changes and maintenance on your own the internals might be all shifted around.
