I finally decided to get some side markers, but i dont know which ones i want to get. I was looking online but at a couple of sites like inlinefour.com and it came up with like 5 different ones. im trying to decide between the dc5 and the eg or maybe even the s2k's. which one should i get and where can i get them for cheaper?

 

i think most people here are rocking the DC5 sidemarkers. Not 100% though

no fit ever came with a sidemarker stock, so get whichever ones you like. you cant go wrong with the sidemarker, or the location, or the body panel. be original and put em on your doors!

 

no i dont think the doors will look nice and i know that side markers never came on the jdm ones. i think im gonna go with the smoked egs from passwordjdm. they look nice and i saw them on c_maks. man they look really nice. now all i have to do is wait for my front lip, side skirts, and spoiler and ill be done. for now hehehehe

 

i got the dc5 amber sidemarkers from passwordjdm. they were somewhere around 56 bucks shipped.

contact lunar gd3 on here and he will hook you up with the template to cut out the perfect slot in your fender to install them.

 

i noticed that he only has the template for the dc5 does n e one have the template for the eg.

 

well if you buy them from pwjdm make sure you get the harnesses to cause the wire that comes with it are to short.

i have clear dc5 with amber bulbs. you can google the templates, just type in google search "EG sidemarker template" and something should pop up.

 

James has EG sidemarkers.

 

i have 2001 S2000 side markers and i bought the correct pigtails to go along with them - don't remrmber what i paid for them but if your interested i'll post part#'s and retail pricing (genuine honda) tomorrow when i get to work

I currently have the S2K ones on my car. I pick them up pretty cheap. I think like $30 something bucks @ Rick's S2000 Accessories

I would really recommend having a shop that is familiar with installing one do it for you.

 

sup adam and juliet =) man its been a long time this is actually my first time seeing you guys on fitfreak =P i say go with the one you wanted.. the eg ones... cuss they have that black rubber piece that makes it look cooler =P i have a DC5 one and i love it!!! =)

 

First off u have a sick looking fit!! i want more pics and great wheels really nice job with her. I think ur fit would look even better with the side markers. I myself want them but i feel the same as u its cuting into the metal and im not sure i am up for the taske myself. I might just pay someone to do it that way if they f up they have to pay me. If i mess up i am shi* up a creek with no paddle. But its little details like that i think makes cars stand out

 

yeah i just put in the order for the smoked out eg's man cant wait to get them ill post more pics up since i did more work then wats on the current page just havent had the time to take new pics and the weathers being a little b!@#$

This is false information. The lower end model Honda Fits in both European and Asian countries did infact come with sidemarkers from the factory.
