Rear Garnish question

does anybody know how to remove the rear garnish that holds the H emblem on the trunk on a GD because I'm planning remove the emblem. I've seen the mod section of the forum and couldn't find a related thread to this.

anddd you can buy the mugen replica rear garnish i guess

Remove #20 clips then pull off #1 panel and that will give you access to the garnish bolts/clips

I think theres 2 bolts and 4 clips, then it comes right out.

like jdmchris said, about 2 bolts and a bunch of clips, a little muscle and it will pop right off. to get the interior trim piece off, there are two push pins on the under side and then take the handle part off at pry the piece off with some muscle.

I got those two pins on the underside of the interior (one actually broke for some reason).
But the problem now is the handle I dont want to break that so I'll need more help on this one.

take two screwdrivers and youll notice two tabs on the handle, pry those towards you. you wont break them, the handle will just fall out then
