Do i need a battery re-locator for a Fujita Intake?

Do i need a battery re-locator for a Fujita Intake?

Girlfriend wants to get me an Intake for my birthday but wasnt sure if i needed to relocate my battery! Help would be greatly appriciated

Edit: I was thinking Short Ram Fujita for my GD3! Thanks! Found it for $152.70 with free shipping from Custom Cars Central, is this site reputable as well?

The Fujita SRI will fit with the existing battery.

Only aftermarket intake that needs a battery relocator is the one from Password JDM.

I have the fujita SRI. and I like it! installing was about 15 to 20 min. getting rid of all that factory junk. also, the fujita came with good instructions for the sensor plug in and tools needed yada yada... I got mine from THmotorsports.com great price and see if nick will throw in shipping for ya! i did.
