Anyone else have a squished Injen intake?

I've moved the battery back as far as I think is possible, but my Injen intake is still squished. Anyone else have/fix this problem?

Mine is close, but does not touch the battery box. Try sliding the silicon hose more towards the end of the upper tube. Mine overlaps just enough for the clamp to go over both.

Why is it that at our most frustrated we overlook the simplest solutions? I was so worried about the battery that I ignored the intake itself and took the hose measurements they suggested instead of tweaking them as needed.

Fixed Thanks!
