Shouldnt have run the light...or tried to beat it...lol! I feel your pain tho. Nice thing is that i have managed to go almost 4 years without a ticket of any kind. I know that seems like not a big deal but i also had gotten so many tickets in a 24 month period that i had to pay a surcharge to the state

But as of now i havent even been STOPPED let alone gotten a ticket. Good thing tho, and that im over 25 and married since im looking to get a car with more expensive insurance.

I went from February 1 1984 until the day of the last Presidential election without a ticket...If you think it's funny to get a ticket in a stock Fit imagine getting one in a 60 BHP VW Diesel Pickup.

I have been getting a decent amount of sleep for 2 nights in a row, I woke up at 6:15... I need to stay out in the barn doing things more often since I sleep better when I do ... I need to get my big heaters out so I don't freeze out there, it's going to be nasty tomorrow... I should get a lot done today though.

Just finished installing my JDM smoked OEM tails. I still need to extend the wires, but it was getting way too cold up here in Canada at 9pm.

Side note. It's a bitch getting those lights in with the bumper on. Also though.. it's a bitch getting the bumper off... so both ways you're screwed. Leave the bumper on, bottom in first, tilt up and wiggle, wiggle, wiggle, wiggle, wiggle yeah. It'll go eventually.

Also, I think I'm going a bit insane after cursing at my car for the past hour while swapping those.

Hooked up my D1 Throttle Controller, didn't pick a spot for it yet, so I just zipped tied the wires out of the way for now. Put on new wiper blade inserts, replaced the cabin filter, and did the "stiffy" rear wiper mod. I got my Skunk2 exhuast, but I think I'm going to wait for spring to put it on, in case its too loud for me, I figure if it's still shiny I can resell it. I REALLy want to put it on, must resist, salt everywhere...

I was looking over my intake and hoses trying to sort out a rough idle when I noticed the stock paper filter was looking kind of gross. I thought about getting a drop-in K&N filter, but I decided to go rice and got a hilarious eBay cone intake for $10 less. I missed the mailman by 20 minutes so I won't get it until this afternoon.

I checked my coil packs because I read they like to cause issues, but I didn't have any dielectric grease to test the issue. I didn't pull the spark plugs because I figure I'll buy better plugs if I'm going to go to the trouble of checking the old ones.

I couldn't see any real issue with the coil packs, but I did see a fine powdery white residue around the rubber lips on the spark plug end of each one, and squishing the lips showed minute fine cracking but nothing that would seem to cause a random rough idle. No hoses looked bad either, but who knows, maybe the plugs are just being finicky.

It felt good getting my hands dirty either way.

Installed a fujita CAI and love the sound when vtec kicks in. Seems like there's a lot of discussion whether or not intakes improve the HP or MPG on the Fit. I figure that colder air loaded with oxygen ready to burn is always a good thing

Nice! I've been thinking of changing my seats.

Do they sit taller or shorter than stock?
